GK Property Management is hiring an assistant property manager, as an Independent Contractor (1099) position. We are looking to hire a person with some property management experience who would like to develop more experience in the property management field. This position is ideal for a person who either holds a DRE license or would like to obtain a DRE license and is looking to build their property management clientele while earning part time income.
Responsibilities Include:
-Performing on-site property management inspections for annual rental inspections or move-in/move-out inspections.
-Showing properties
-Managing maintenance requests
-Collecting information for new tenant files
-Serving notices
-Must have a reliable vehicle and driver’s license
-Must have a computer and mobile phone
-Schedule is flexible but some weekends may be required.
-Must be detail oriented
-Must have good people skills
-Must have at least one year experience working in property management
