TSG Lending is a local CA-DFPI Licensed Local Mortgage Brokerage currently seeking an MLO.
A weekly draw is paid at a minimum of 10 hours a week expected. Commission is paid on each closing started at 75BPS and tiered up 10BPS with each additional closing.
We can help train and/or build on existing experience to help get loans funded. Get access to a loan origination system and lender portals. Work both virtually and in the office if preferred. Our local office is in Rocklin.
We will provide a list of real estate agents who are affiliated with our realty brokerage. They often need an MLO to work with their buyers on pre-approval then purchases.
MUST BE LICENSED WITH CA-DFPI.
