Commission is paid on each closing started at 90BPS and tiered up 5BPS with each additional closing. Put your license to work and make some good extra cash.
We can help train and/or build on existing experience to help get loans funded. Get access to a loan origination system and lender portals. Work both virtually and in the office if preferred. Our local office is in Rocklin.
We will provide a list of real estate agents who are affiliated with our realty brokerage. They often need an MLO to work with their buyers on pre-approval then purchases.
MUST BE LICENSED WITH CA-DFPI.
