COMMUNITY MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER
Quiet Mobile Home Community located in a semi-rural town near Chico California, is looking for a resident manager or team dedicated to providing superior service and maintaining high quality tenant relations. The community manager(s) must be responsible and have management experience.
Job Duties include responsibility for:
· Rent collections and accurate accounting
· Maintain office files and records
· Enforce community rules and standards
· Supervise and maintain maintenance and landscaping
· Ensure high occupancy and good tenant relations
Qualifying attributes include the following:
· Demonstrated management and supervision skills
· Excellent customer service skills and attitude
· Responsible and stable work history
· Foundation skills include competency with computers including MS word & excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with business procedures & ethics
· Available to manage emergencies (24/7)
· Must pass credit and background and drug and employment checks
· Bilingual helpful
Compensation:
· Wages starting at $20 per hour for qualified candidates
· Large Double Wide mobile home
