Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team. This role involves managing social media, administrative tasks, and coordinating property transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, good with computers, and a passion for real estate.
Social Media Management. Creating content, posting on IG, FB, and Tik Tok
Transaction Coordination: Assist in managing the transaction process from listing to closing.
Marketing: Help create and distribute marketing materials, including property listings, and flyers.
Database Management: Maintain and update client and property databases with accurate information.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) is a plus. Canva, Facebook, Instagram, etc
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
