This is a FULL-TIME position - must work Saturdays - Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm
Daily Responsibilities:
-Answer a multi-line phone system
-Receive cash, check, and credit card payments from customers
-Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner
-Respond to phone inquiries
-Manage text application responses
-Perform general office duties such as: filing, stocking in units, organizing, and other miscellaneous office tasks
Requirements:
-Friendly & outgoing personality!
-Organized with attention to detail
-Customer service oriented attitude
-Excellent communication skills
-Pleasant and professional demeanor, both in-person and on the phone
-Must be available to work Saturdays
