Job Summary:
We are currently adding to our team with the need to fill an entry level customer service/counter sales position in our Sacramento office. Applicants should be personable and have a professional demeanor. In this position you will be working with customers over the phone as well as providing them with direct assistance in our office. You will be taking sales orders from contractors and homeowners alike, both scheduling deliveries and selling items for immediate pick up.
Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Excellent Telephone Etiquette
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
Dependable and Punctual
General Math Skills a Plus
Must be available to work weekends
High School Diploma
Bilingual - Spanish if possible
