We offer a wide variety of new and retired LEGO sets, as well as selling bulk bricks, and individual minifigures. $16 to $20 an hour to start with bonuses and room to grow with the company
Responsibilities:
Day to day operations of the store, including working the sales floor, helping with inventory, and (maybe) social media accounts.
Meet sales goals by staying happily engaged with customers and seeing to their interests and needs to "play well"
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete all store tasks while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, sales etc
Help deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Be a shining example of exemplary behavior and high performance
Help with any additional store duties as needed
Qualifications
Prior retail sales experience and customer service skills are strongly preffered. Any background in financial planning/budgeting, employee recruitment, or retail management is preferred but not required as we are looking to grow the team with the store. LEGO knowledge is not required, although experience with the product will be very helpful.
