By taking this information and focusing on the cyber risks unique to individual Lines of Business (LOB), Cybersecurity helps our client's LOBs make informed decisions about where to invest their resources
Position Summary:
The Team supports the technology that provides Identity lifecycle, authentication, and role-based authorization of access for our systems.
We need a strong Identity and Access Management administrator with proven operational experience in managing provisioning and access control systems.
This is a "hands on" operational role primarily responsible for Identity Management provisioning exceptions and customer support across company-wide systems.
The appointee should have expertise in the two of the following technologies:
SailPoint IdentityIQ, SAP HR, SQL, and Active Directory
Qualifications: Required:
AA/AS, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar field; or equivalent work experience
Desired:
MS in Computer Science or Information Security
Training and Certifications:
CISSP certification, or ability to obtain via self-study within one year of date of hire, or other relevant IT or security certifications.
Professional Experience: Required:
A Minimum of 2 year in IT Customer support
Demonstrated proficiency in SailPoint Identity Management
Demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory & LDAP, Linux & Windows
Proven customer facing skills and the ability to effectively communicate at both a high-level and a technical level
Demonstrated background working within a complex environment and understanding the implications of regulatory requirements for security and audit as it pertains to identity management solutions.
Strong process orientation and understanding
Security minded and knows how to handle evidence containing sensitive information
Good grasp of information security fundamentals, concepts, and strategy
Risk assessment and risk analysis
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:
Systems Security Administrator will provide customer support for SailPoint Identity Management and authentication/PKI infrastructure
Systems Security Administrator will define the processes required for utilizing an identity management system including role mining, attestation, account provisioning, new implementation testing and validation, and SailPoint reports
Work alongside architects and developers to implement IAM Solutions
A key resource for post problem reviews - identifying root causes and championing resiliency improvements for all IAM Infrastructure
Maintain and enforce standardized, repeatable administrative and operational policies and procedures.
Provide skill-set knowledge transfer that ensures necessary cross-training of other Security
