Food Scientist – Gummy Formulation
We are developing a gummy to support women’s health and need a food scientist who can move fast and deliver results.
What you will do:
Formulate and refine the gummy recipe for flavor, texture, and stability
Select and test ingredients including gelatin, pectin, sweeteners, acids, and botanicals
Optimize texture and mouthfeel with your knowledge of gelling agents and sweeteners
Ensure compliance, safety, shelf life, and nutritional claims
What we are looking for:
Experience in food formulation, especially functional or dietary gummies
Strong background in food chemistry and biology
Ability to work quickly and creatively in a lab setting
Understanding of regulatory and food safety standards
