Job Description:
Blackhorse Security is seeking professional and reliable Security Agents to join our On-Call/Reserve team in the Sacramento area. As a Reserve Security Agent, you will be called upon to support events, special client requests, and other security needs on an as-needed basis.
Compensation:
Armed with CCW: $40/hr
Armed (Without CCW): $30/hr
Unarmed: $26/hr
Employment Type: Part-Time/On-Call/Reserve
Positions Available:
Armed Security with CCW Permit: $40/hr
Armed Security (Without CCW): $30/hr
Unarmed Security: $26/hr
Responsibilities:
Provide on-call security services for various events and client needs.
Maintain a high level of situational awareness and professionalism.
Execute security protocols as required by the event or client.
Engage with the public and clients in a respectful and professional manner.
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate action.
Requirements:
Current and valid security credentials (Guard Card, CCW permit, etc.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement (preferred).
Must provide a resume and a recent photo.
Ability to be on-call and respond to requests with short notice.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to pass a background check.
