P2i is seeking a highly motivated Surveillance Investigator to join our dynamic team. This position offers part-time to full-time hours, depending on the caseload. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveillance and providing detailed reports. Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct stationary, covert, and mobile surveillance as required for investigations.
Provide daily updates on ongoing investigations.
Complete accurate reports and submit them in a timely manner.
Document activity through written reports and video footage.
Communicate results with clients and team members.
Testify as needed in court or legal proceedings.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all aspects of investigations.
Applicants Must Meet the Following Requirements:
Access to a suitable surveillance vehicle for fieldwork.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze information, develop logical questions, and accurately report findings.
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
Hold a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
Must be able to pass a background check as permissible by law.
Additional Information:
Pay: $22–30 per hour, depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement.
Flexible work schedule (part-time to full-time, based on caseload).
Surveillance tools and technologies (such as cameras, tracking software, etc.) will be provided for assignments.
Travel: Ideal candidates should be located within 30 miles of one of our office locations in Sacramento, Hayward, or Anaheim. Some travel may be required depending on caseload.
