Job Title: Appointment Generators – HVAC & Solar (Part-Time)
Location: Sacramento / Rancho Cordova, CA
Compensation: $16.50/hour + Performance Bonuses (based on leads generated & appointments kept)

We are a growing HVAC and Solar company dedicated to helping homeowners improve energy efficiency, comfort, and savings. We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Appointment Generators inside retail store locations.
Position Summary:
As an Appointment Generator, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your role is to engage shoppers, spark conversations, and generate qualified leads by scheduling appointments with our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively approach and engage with customers inside retail store locations
Educate customers about our HVAC and Solar solutions
Generate qualified leads by setting appointments for in-home consultations
Track and report daily leads and appointments kept
Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
Outgoing, approachable, and confident personality
Strong communication skills
Prior lead generating, sales, or retail/customer service experience preferred
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Must be available for part-time hours, including weekends
