Responsibilities for Asst. Sales Manager
-Personal Sales Production
-Assist in the Recruitment, and training of new Sales staff
-Assist in Coaching, mentorship, and feedback to team members
-Assist in Lead Scheduling and Reporting daily and weekly.
Qualifications for Asst. Sales Manager
-2 years of experience in Home Improvement Sales (Required)
-Sales knowledge in Trex Decking, Roofing, Siding, & Windows
-Excellent management skills
-Experience setting sales goals
-Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
-Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
Other Qualifications
-Construction knowledge and experience with residential remodel.
-HIS License from the State of California.
-High level of professionalism in dealing with clients and team members.

-Must be PC proficient and iPad
