Responsibilities for Asst. Sales Manager:
Personal Sales Production
Assist in the Recruitment, and training of new Sales staff
Assist in Coaching, mentorship, and feedback to team members
Assist in Lead Scheduling and Reporting daily and weekly.
Qualifications for Asst. Sales Manager:
2 years of experience in Home Improvement Sales (Required)
Sales knowledge in Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels
Excellent management skills
Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Other Qualifications:
Construction knowledge and experience with residential remodel.
HIS License from the State of California.
High level of professionalism in dealing with clients and team members.

Must be PC proficient and iPad
