Join our small team and sell Skinister silicone-based medical adhesives to B2B customers in the healthcare and medical supply industry. Our products are primarily used to attach/seal ostomy bags. Other applications include breast forms, condom catheters, facial prosthetics, Special FX makeup and more.

What You’ll Do
Hit the phones & email fast – Call and email warm B2B leads to drive new sales.
Identify & qualify new prospects – Research and assess potential accounts.
Close deals & build relationships – Convert leads into long-term customers.
Manage existing accounts – Ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
Help shape sales strategy – Work with marketing to refine outreach and campaigns.
Track market trends – Gather competitor insights on pricing, products, and positioning.
Report results – Present monthly, data-driven sales reports to track performance.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of B2B sales experience (inside sales preferred).
Medical sales experience is a plus but not required.
Proven ability to sell and close deals over phone & email.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
Must be available to work on-site in Woodland, CA
