Mister Paint www.misterpaint.net is a Full service painting company offering both interior and exterior painting services.
We are looking for an action-oriented and results-driven Salesperson to join our sales team. This person should have a hunter-mentality primarily focused on residential projects with some commercial opportunities as well. This role will be the first opportunity for new client with Mister Paint. This is a great opportunity for someone to make that has a lot of contacts and wants an excellent paint job with a company that provides excellent craftsmanship and service. The territory is the entire Bay Area and you can do this job over the phone, door to door or even through email. Mister Paint will provide any and all materials needed for a successful opportunity. Leads will be primarily driven through your efforts, so it is critical that this person follow-up promptly and reliably with every potential sale, but also look for additional opportunities as well. The industry is seasonal and expects urgent dedication from April to October.
Compensation:
hourly base on experience plus commission with an opportunity to make easy money.
Responsibilities:
Grow the sales and business
Follow-up and follow-through on all company leads
Receptive to feedback from team members and leadership
Check in, follow-up throughout the job, and update client as needed
Regular follow up calls and emails for all open leads
Generate leads from word of mouth references and referrals
Seek out new verticals for business
Learn and understand the paint industry
Communicate effectively internally and externally
Mostly outside sales, but some office time required
Skills and Experience:
Accurate estimates
Attention to detail
Results-focused
Microsoft Office experience
Must have reliable car and working laptop with Microsoft Excel
