Position Summary:
We’re seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and versatile professional to join our team in a dynamic, multi-faceted role. This position blends administrative support, customer service, and marketing responsibilities to help drive our business forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys engaging with clients both in the office and in the field.
This role offers flexibility to visit dealerships and customers, helping to build strong relationships while supporting daily operations and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to walk-in and call-in customers while also playing a key role in strengthening our presence in the commercial and dealership markets.
This position is designed with long-term growth in mind. Our goal is to transition the right candidate into an Estimator role over time.

This role is structured as a steppingstone to an Estimator position. Candidates who demonstrate aptitude, initiative, and alignment with our company values will be mentored toward this goal.
Position: Hybrid CSR Admin & Part-Time Marketer
Location: iCrash Collision, A Kniesel’s Company

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Administrative Duties
Welcome customers in person, by phone, and via email
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle info in Nexsyis
Open/maintain repair orders and customer files
Schedule estimates, drop-offs, and deliveries
Guide customers through drop-off and authorization
Coordinate rentals and insurance approvals
Process payments and documentation
Follow up with customers pre- and post-repair
Liaise with our call center for smooth service
File, scan, organize front office
Monitor office supplies and cleanliness
Marketing & Dealership/Fleet Outreach Duties
Identify and visit local dealerships and fleets
Support marketing campaigns and material distribution
Help plan/attend events and trade shows
Track outreach and engagement
Report insights to marketing team
Qualifications:
Customer service experience (automotive/insurance preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to prioritize in fast-paced setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Adaptable and collaborative
18+ years of age with valid driver’s license
Fluent in English
Able to lift 20 lbs and maintain a professional appearance
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Nexsyis or CCC1
Familiarity with auto repair or insurance claims
