The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, showcasing our vehicle inventory, and closing sales through customer service and persuasive communication. Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, walk-ins,
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers, emphasizing high-end sales and upselling techniques
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and inventory levels
Assist with inventory management, ensuring the availability of popular models and accurate inventory control
Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to enhance dealership visibility
Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth deal processing and documentation accuracy
Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone or via digital channels
Skills
Spanish speacker
Preferable experience in commercial Vehicle sales, retail sales
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust
Communication skills, including public speaking and bilingual capabilities (English plus Spanish) are highly desirable
Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads,
Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and retail math principles
Outbound sales experience including cold calling techniques to generate new prospects
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Customer service combined with strong phone etiquette skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with marketing strategies related to automotive sales and dealership operations
