THIS IS A VERY EASY entry level sales position. REPS ARE IN THE Field WORKING ON AVERAGE FOR ONLY 4-6 hours per day.
To provide our PRODUCT to customers
The customer DOES NOT gain a separate energy bill or have to pay another party whatsoever, they continue to gain standard delivery, maintenance & billing from the utility
The customer goes carbon neutral / goes green
The customer either gains price protection or gains our 5% below wholesale gas product
The customer does not need to provide ID during enrollment
The customer does not need a credit check
The customer does not need to provide a credit card or pay anything to enroll with the agent, as the utility still bills them for their energy as usual
The customer gains piece of mind at a fixed rate as PG&E's rates not too long ago went higher than they ever have per therm
The customer agrees to enroll and is signed up in a two min FAST process to gain their new chosen supplier. The utility will then show this on their next statement.

Entry level sales rep earning:
With no experience at all and just one to two days of training, you can earn $50 per customer @ 25 utility approved enrollments a week = $1,250 per week
Experienced Rep
You can quickly become an experience rep and earn (if you have experience then we may be able to start you off at this level) $60 a customer x 25 subs = $1,500 per week.
Manager Opportunity:
Field Sales Manager: (Manager that has own vehicle & drives agents to the field, training, motivating and personally selling) Example:
Run team opportunity example: 5 agents x 25 customers each = 125 team sales x $10 override = $1,250 override check + personal sales of $1,500 = $2,750 per week
District Manager: (Manager that can perform office work & sell) Example:
Run team opportunity. 5 agents = x 25 customers each = 125 sales x $20 override = $2,500 override check + personal sales of $1,500 = $4,000 per week (Managers that own vehicle to take agents to the field, can place ads, interview, speak in sales meetings, train & sell)
Extreme Earner Opportunity:
Regional Manager: (Manager that can build and run multiple teams in different regions of California) Example:
Utilize $80-$85 per sale for growth power and promote leaders accordingly
Example:
1) location performs 100 sales a week with DSM underneath regional using up $70 leaving $10 override = $1,000
2) Location performs 150 sales a week with DSM underneath regional using up $70 leaving $10 override = $1,500
3) Location performs 50 sales a week with FSM underneath regional using up $60 leaving $20 override = $1,000
4) Location performs 100 sales a week with (half agents earn $50 per sale and half agent earn $60 per sale showing example of regional manager's personal override to be (50 sales x $20= $1,000 in override) + (50 sales x $30 = $1,500 in override) = $2,500
total override for the region added by location:
1) $1,000
2) $1,500
3) $1,000
4) personal location with no personal sales performed $2,500
= $6,000 for the week
add in personal sales Regional Manager $80 x 15 personal sales = $1,200
With personal sales regional manager = $7,200 per week

Must have reliable transportation to get to our office on Grant Line / hwy 99 Elk Grove
If experienced, must have transportation to get to your territory
Must be able to pass a drug test
(commissions are determined by experience and negotiated at interview)
