We are a leading pest control company seeking motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in designated neighborhoods to sell our pest control services. This is an exciting opportunity to earn high commissions while helping homeowners and businesses protect their properties from pests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively canvass neighborhoods and residential areas to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Introduce our pest control services to homeowners and business owners, effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for pest inspections or consultations.
- Provide accurate product/service information, addressing customer inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of pest control services, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Complete sales documentation, report daily activities, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Work independently, while collaborating with the sales team and manager to strategize on increasing sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required (we provide full training).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be comfortable with face-to-face interactions with potential customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
