What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of sales experience, ideally in windows, home remodeling, or a similar field.
Proven ability to develop relationships and close sales.
Strong knowledge of home improvement, construction, or building materials.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Other Qualifications:
Construction knowledge and experience with residential remodels.
HIS License from the State of California.
High level of professionalism when dealing with clients and team members.
PC and iPad proficient.
Job Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners to assess their window needs and present tailored solutions.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
Generate new leads and manage existing client accounts.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed quotes.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
