Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Strong relationship building skills.
Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful; be coachable!
Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty, and Life & health insurance licenses.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Bilingual (preferred but not required).
