Advanced Garage is a leading provider of garage cabinets, walk in closets, and home organizational services in and around the greater Sacramento area since 2006. That's 14 years of reliable quality service to our residential and commercial customers. We believe in quality craftsmanship at an affordable price. We are looking for someone who has experience in design or a passion and a good eye to help us with our outside sales. We will provide you with the knowledge of the products but good customer skills and a true passion to help others is something that is expected! Complete customer satisfaction is our goal.
We are offering an opportunity to join a very profitable, growing company with a long history in our area. We are focused on marketing and lead generation to keep you constantly working. The commission structure and the sales plan includes the highest commissions in the area along with volume bonuses. We can discuss this more in detail during our one on one interviews.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
-Assist customers with their questions and needs either in person or via telephone/email promptly
-Ability to read and understand a tape measure VERY IMPORTANT
-Punctual to all set appointments
-Measure & write down in detail all customer desires
-Generate a quote and renderings in a timely manner for the potential customer
-Follow up with customer
-Communicate with owner & office admin. throughout process of job
-Contacting and scheduling with other contractors that might be working on the same job site -Must be motivated to train & learn
-Landing the jobs and making that
