What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients actively seeking debt relief
Conduct financial consultations to determine eligibility and present tailored solutions
Educate clients on how debt settlement compares to other options like bankruptcy, consolidation, or minimum payments
Build trust, handle objections with skill, and close enrollments
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement
Track activity in our CRM and follow compliance and quality standards
Collaborate with your team and leadership to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
What You Bring
1+ year of inside sales, call center, or financial services experience (debt relief a plus)
Strong communicator who listens, connects, and closes
Money-motivated, disciplined, and relentless in pursuit of success
Coachable and comfortable working in a high-volume, high-performance environment
Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation
Draw vs. Commission Plan — Earn a guaranteed hourly draw while you build your pipeline and close deals. Your commissions offset your draw, and top performers regularly crush it with five-figure months. ($20.00 per hour)
Uncapped commissions — No limits, no tiers, no nonsense.
Base pay during training: $20/hour (first 60 files).
Average performers earn $65K–$90K annually; top performers exceed $100K+.
Overtime eligibility available for top scorers.

Schedule & Location
Full-time, onsite in Roseville, CA (no remote work)
Monday–Friday shifts between 7 AM–7 PM, occasional Saturdays
