Location: California (Remote & In-Office Opportunities Available, office located in Roseville CA)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales and Investments Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice on insurance products, investment opportunities, and financial planning strategies. All training will be provided by our excellent training coaches. Learn while immediately starting to earn commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

- Assess clients' financial needs and goals, recommending appropriate insurance and investment solutions.

- Present and sell insurance products and investment services, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives.

- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide the highest level of service.

- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial/banking work experience.

- Knowledge of financial products helpful, including insurance policies, investment options, and retirement planning.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a California Insurance License.

- Must hold or be willing to obtain FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 licenses as required.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to client success.

- Must pass a background check.
