European Sleep Design is an established Sacramento Area retailer of eco-friendly, high-quality mattresses, pillows, bedding and bedroom furniture. We are looking for a naturally friendly, articulate, creative-minded individual to join our team of high-end sales associates. The ability to listen and communicate ideas is a must. Prior education in art history, philosophy, psychology, design, etc. is a plus, but not required. Because we provide extensive training, no prior sales experience is needed. We focus on giving customers the expert knowledge and insight needed to make a confident purchasing decision. The best part? -Full time (37hrs/wk)
-Weekends required, but no evenings
-Our open hours are Mon-Sat, 10 - 6; Sun, 12 - 5
-Base salary plus bonus / averaging about $60K/yr combined
-Non-commission sales / group-based bonus
-Bonus begins at 90 days / $3,848/mo during training
-Healthcare benefits begin at 30 days
-401K with 4% match begins at 12 months
