Key Responsibilities:
-New Business Development: Identify, contact, and secure new customers to grow our sales pipeline.
-Sales Execution: Sell and close new shippers, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
-Book Building: Develop and maintain a robust book of business.
-Customer Optimization: Collaborate with current clients to maximize their volume and enhance their overall experience.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with dispatch to strategize and implement plans to capture new customers in targeted regions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of asset-based 3PL sales experience.
- Proven experience in dry van freight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for sales activities.
