Roof Repair Technician-Inspector
$75k to $200k annual
As a Roof Repair Technician-Inspector you will assess damage to residential roofs for various damages, such as dry rot, leaks, bald spots, cracked wood shingles or shakes, loose or missing flashing, damaged bricks, or cracked joints. You will also perform minor roof installations. Because you will be the first point of contact with the homeowner/customer, you must have excellent communication skills. You will be interfacing with the homeowners as to what you have assessed the damages are and the cost(s) to repair their roof.
We are searching for individuals who have a least one year of construction and/or roofing experience. We are also WILLING TO TRAIN the right candidates if you are a self-starter and learn quickly! This position will be paid at an hourly rate as well as combined with a commission-based plan. It is not uncommon for a Roof Repair Technician-Inspector to earn up to $80,000 in their first year! You will be successful if you enjoy sales and are willing to write roof repair sales orders. We will train you!

Requirements
Possess a valid driver’s license and provide I-9 employment eligibility verification.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to work at heights and on ladders for troubleshooting roofing issues.
Can lift 50 pounds daily.
