About the Role:
We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated Sales and Customer Service Representatives — both in-person and remote. If you have experience communicating with customers, answering calls, or closing deals, this is a opportunity to earn strong commissions while working from home or in the field.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound and outbound calls for approximately 6 hours per day
Engage with customers, answer questions, and set up solar consultations
Support the sales process from initial contact through installation
Represent LGCY Power with professionalism and enthusiasm
Earning Potential
Average 5 shifts per week
Reps typically close 5–10 deals per week
About half of those deals result in installations
Earn $1,000–$2,000 per installed deal
Commission-based job with high-performing reps can make $5,000–$10,000+ per month
Qualifications
Experience in sales and customer service
Excellent communication and phone skills
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
For remote reps: dependable internet and quiet workspace
