Residential Roofing Salesman/Estimator
We are seeking a Seasoned Residential Roof Salesman/Estimator to join our team and help grow and expand our operations. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), perfect for a driven professional with a strong background in roofing sales.
Key Requirements:
Industry Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in Roofing Industry Sales, specializing in Composition, TPO, and new construction (must be able to measure prints).
Proven Track Record: References and networking abilities are a must.
Self-Motivation: Must self-generate leads, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, keep records organized, and meet deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of creating Excel spreadsheets, diagrams, sending professional emails, and managing files via Dropbox.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission-based pay: Starting at 6% Sales Commission.
Company-provided vehicle, gas card, and laptop.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Additional Requirements:
Must have a clean driving record.
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Must pass a background check.
Maintain good hygiene and work well with a team.
