Hi, my name is Larry and I am the manager at SunShine Energy. I'm looking for someone who wants more out of life and is willing to go out and get it. Starting pay, you tell me what you're worth, I'd love to hear what you have to say about that. I am willing to pay any amount that you convince me you're worth, but be warned you will need to convince me. So, what am I looking for? Someone with years of provable sales experience, maybe. Sure, that would be nice, but no. I am looking for someone who is motivated. This job is not for everyone, trust me If you have read this much congratulations, you have the job, lol. If you are hired on my team, you will be expected to do a few things. First you will be expected to make calls and set appointments, the numbers and script will be provided and if you want, I will train you personally, paid training. Hopefully you won't need that, but it is available. Second is door to door. This is not for everyone, but this is the bread and butter of the solar industry, and as usual I can and will provide paid training to anyone who needs it. Lastly there is the fun part of this, where the rubber meets the road, the almighty closer. I will not pay to train you on this, if you are hired on my team as a closer you will need to be at least a 15-20% close ratio and even there you will be on probation. Starting pay will be $20 an hour plus bonus when the glass installed on the roof, and this will be part time. Don't forget to negotiate with me, I'll be expecting it, but I'm tough lol.
