We have an opening for a Tire Supplies SALES REPRESENTATIVE Full Time covering Sacramento County, North to Redding (overnight), East to Tahoe, and West to Fairfield.
Supplies. You will be selling tire supplies which include wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, large equipment, and more.
Customers. Your customers are businesses doing tire repair - such as tire shops, trucking, agriculture, utilities, mining, transportation, construction, etc.
Truck. You will be driving a supply truck that is 8 foot wide, 12 foot tall, 24 foot long - your showroom on wheels.
Hours. You will visit customers 8am to 5pm (hour lunch), Monday through Friday.
Condition. You must have a good driving record, good credit, good computer skills, be in good health, and able to lift 50 lbs comfortably.
Home Base. Must live in the Sacramento area while traveling around Sacramento and out to Redding (overnight), Tahoe, and Fairfield.
Experience. It is important to have worked in a tire shop, a tire supplies store, or other automotive business.
Goals. Your training pay is based on goals met per 8 hour work day, 8am to 5pm with customers, 5 days a week, at $4,000+ per month, if goals are met. Goals include visiting 10+ customers a day, sending in a daily customer log, making 5 sales a day, etc. We have had several experienced salesmen, now retired, hovering around the $100K mark.
