Position Summary

Must consistently be a positive role model and team player, have a high level work ethic, and positive attitude. Implementing a four diamond rating standard with customers, and understanding and implementing of all company rules and regulations. Obtains organizational skills, and effective communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment handling phone calls, scheduling, assisting clients, and maintaining facility cleanliness and restock of products and spa amenities/supplies.

Essential Functions

Reports to Manager and Director.

Understands and implements 4- Diamond rating standards of customer service.

Fully understands and correctly implements all aspects of the Spa coordinator duties.

Lead spa coordinators, providers, and any other staff in house.

Following direction and implements/completes tasks within the guidelines of company’s policies and regulations.

Thoroughly opening and closing of the spa. Maintaining/Restocking/cleaning facility.

Handles all phone system, scheduling services and spa parties.

Assists clients with gift certificate purchases, product sales and inquiries.

Assist in tasks of laundry.

Coordinates and assisting in setting up/tear down in In-Room and for special group events.

Correctly implementing and handling monetary transactions within the spa and with its’ affiliates.

Keeping accurate and proper tracking of all necessary paperwork and documents.

Understanding full knowledge of LaLe’s services, and products.

Effectively communicate with all customers, management, all staff (spa, hotel, and restaurant).

Attends spa team meetings and coordinator meetings.

Assist in training of new LaLe member.

Communicate a report of daily tasks and status update of the spa to appropriate Corporate Executives/management.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience required:1 year working in spa/reception/retail customer service environment or equivalent and some leadership experience required. Preferred experience working in an upscale hotel spa or hotel environment and retail experience with inventory responsibilities.

Skills Required: Competent knowledge and skill working with a computer and software of at least office 2003 - outlook, word, excel, and access. Work of phone, fax, cell phone and emails.

Job Type: Part-time (Variable shifts/Sunday availability)
