Each room is approx. 10x10' and has a counter with storage space & a sink. Perfect space for you to run your business. There is a larger room available approx. 10'x15' - but no sink.
Amenities: Free Parking, close to freeway, Complimentary Wifi for you and your guest, private salon suite, 24 hour security surveillance, all utilities included.
Current services we are looking for booth renters to provide:
Massage
Body Sculpting
Eyelash extensions
Make-up
Permanent Make-up
and more. (Sorry NO Nails or Spray Tans, due to odors/ventilation)
You should have a valid license for any services you are providing that require licensure. Since this is a space rental you will be in charge of your scheduling and taking clients payment. Full-time Rental only - Sorry, No part-time currently available.
