Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional hair care services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments to clients.
Consult with clients on their hair care needs, preferences, and personal style.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated booth and shared salon spaces.
Manage and schedule your appointments using our salon’s booking system.
Uphold salon standards for customer service and professionalism.
Recommend and sell salon products to clients based on their individual hair care needs.
Stay updated on current hairstyle trends and techniques through training and workshops.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of previous work.
Valid cosmetology license in the state of California .
Ability to work independently and manage your own client base.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional services.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
