We have completed our beautiful new Lavender Lofts! This is a boutique studio concept with only 11 studios. Three are doubles and the rest are singles. We have leased all but two of them. We have one single and one large double left. The vibe is more homey than a typical studio setup. We have a break room with a brand new commercial W/D and refrigerator. We have a fireplace in the waiting area with a coffee bar and other amenities for your guests. We provide keyless entry and security cameras. We have a receptionist on site 6 days a week to assist you and your clients. The studios are attached to an adorable boutique with a pass through door so your clients can shop while they wait.
