Hello, We are hiring 3-6 manicurists for PT shifts at our nail spa located in Folsom.
PAY: 70/30 commission split in your favor. Service ticket average is $75 and gratuity average is 25%.
SALON: 2700 sq. foot nails spa. Beautiful facility located near a hotel and tourist attractions.
AMENITIES: Clients are offered a variety of refreshments. In salon restroom, wait area and retail area.
SUPPLIES: All disposable supplies will be provided. Treatment products are either made in house or are imported from South Africa, the UK, Canada, France and New Zealand. Ample towels and quality tools provided.
SERVICES: 14 different specialty pedicures and 4 different manicures as well as quality builder gel services. Service prices range priced between $28-$125.00.
UPSELLING: There are several options for on the spot service upgrades and add-on's for maximum commission potential.
CLIENTELE: Demographic are men and women between the ages of 35-75 both local and from tourists. Children are welcome with an appointment.
PROTOCOLS: There are established service protocols and disinfection protocols in place. The salon has available MSDS sheets on all products and has established cleaning regimens in place with a shared and rotating schedule of responsibility.
MARKETING: Daily social media posts, routine participation in local events, specialty gift certificates, print advertising and pop ups provide ample opportunity to help you build your clientele quickly. Featured seasonal services, specials, contests and an informative website to keep clients engaged and encourage bookings.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: management on-site, facility maintenance on site, 24/7/365 auto-attendance answering a toll free number. Mobile concierge as well as designated reception desk. Online booking is available for customers who prefer to manage their own appointments. Uniforms and aprons will be provided and required.
Current California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology License required in either cosmetology or manicuring.
