Rent: $1000/month (station only) or $1100/month (with shared pedicure chair)

Your Responsibilities:
As a renter, you'll be responsible for providing your own products and tools necessary for your services. This ensures that you have full control over the quality of the products you use and allows you to personalize your offerings to best meet the needs of your clients. You will be your own boss and make your own prices and book your own appointments. Additionally, you'll need to possess all necessary licensing, business insurance and certifications required for your profession.
As FT or PT employee, we will provide our products for your work but you will have to have your own tools for your services. You will be working under our supervision and our clients arrangement for your services. You will have a boss/manager to support you and assist you whenever needed. You will required to follow certain shop rules and protocols as employee. Additionally, you will need to possess all necessary licensing and certification for your profession.
