The rent is $650.00/mo. with a 6 month lease or $625 with a year lease. That's a $300 savings over the year. We will allow two people to share the room for the same price. This is perfect if you're just starting out.
All utilities, water for clients and bathroom paper products are provided. All you have to do is take care of your clients!
There is a room with a large cabinet and an alcove for retail or what ever you want to use it for.
You would be your own business and pay rent to the establishment. You will not be an employee of Advanced Skin Solutions.
