Boutique skin care and makeup studio has two rooms for rent, part time. We are a small studio located in the Sierra Oaks/Arden Park area of Sacramento. Close to the freeway, ample parking and located on a busy street. Our studio is two rooms and you are sharing with two estheticians and on occasion other makeup artists. We are a small, drama free, collaborative studio that wants to have positive energy for everyone who works here and comes here. We like to provide an experience for our clients with cleanliness, friendly attitudes and extra perks!
There are two rooms available, one without a skin and one with a sink. The one without a sink is available 3-4 days a week with flexibility and the one with a sink is available on Sundays only. Rent includes WIFI, parking, all utilities, laundry on site (though you are responsible for doing your own :)), client snacks and great cross promotion.
We are looking for like minded people and industry professionals. This could be great for a massage therapist, nurse practitioner/injector, lash artist, energy healer, etc. Must have own clientele as we are not a walk in style business.
Rent:
3-4 days a week room - $400 (in pictures it is the one without anything in it)
1 day a week room - $150 (this is the one with set up)
