RESPONSIBILITIES: Must provide amazing service to our customers and support to our staff. Oversee daily salon operations. Organize employees shifts, breaks/lunches. Accounts receivable/Accounts payable. Opening and closing procedures. Receive payments and track transaction information. Must be familiar with ordering and inventory procedures.
Promote services, products & promotions in person, on the phone & through social media. Confident and comfortable with sales.
REQUIRMENTS: Excellent organizational skills. Amazing communication skills! Previous beauty industry related job experience. Basic bookkeeping knowledge. Ability to handle customer requests and complaints with grace. Business management or leadership skills are a plus!
