Salon Manager

Seeking experienced salon manager to oversee full scope of salon operations on a daily basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Sales-You will be responsible for ensuring adequate volume of reservations are being made each day to generate a healthy book of business that covers all operating expenses. This will be done by means of direct customer outreach, social media outreach and community outreach on a daily/weekly basis to meet weekly booking targets. This is a critical component of this role, that said we seek an individual confident in their sales capabilities and understands how to meet defined sales goals.

2. Customer Service-You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, superior hospitality and must portray a professional image in keeping with our brand. Customer care includes guest accommodation with special effort to create an outstanding experience to manage customer flow to avoid any inconvenience. Navigating customer feedback, good or bad, will be a primary responsibility as well. Although a leader, this role remains a service role and will require a personality that enjoys working with the public in all situations.

3.Supplies and inventory- You will be responsible for ensuring supply levels are adequately maintained and recorded for inventory purposes. Strict service tracking and recordkeeping will be required to predict supply usage to aid in reorders.

4. Facility maintenance: You will oversee scheduling of staff or vendors to ensure the facility is kept organized, clean and critical state level sanitation requirements are being met on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis.

5. General operational and administrative duties as requested by the owner.

6. Manage treatment flow and assist staff with timely service delivery.

Experience with INTUIT a plus.
