Seeking any spa, health, wellness professionals or therapists to contact us to view the room to rent. Preferred if renter is a female and has an established clientele. You are free to run your own business and we will refer as many clients as possible, massage is requested by clients frequently. Chiropractor is Webster certified and would love if you were also a birth professional or experienced with pregnancy and/or kids.
Renter would occupy a peaceful room during normal business hours 9am-7pm Monday- Saturday, access to a “break/ office” area up front, waiting area for clients with water cooler and a bathroom with baby changing table. Parking is very easy in a secure gated building with wheelchair accessibility and good visibility from the street.
All utilities are included, including wireless internet and cleaning service. You also have the option to sell your products and keep 100% of your profit. Room has a massage table, shelf and desk currently in it, but could easily be moved out. One accent wall was also recently painted.
