Our independent studio suites are located in East Sacramento. We currently have 1 treatment room available. We offer the opportunity to be your own boss with the ability to retail your own products, schedule your own work schedule, and be 100% in control of your business. We offer month to month agreements.we look forward to talking with you.

- Private, acoustically-built suite
- Upscale salon and spa environment
- 24/hr key less access
- 24/hr video surveillance
- NO Long term contracts. We offer Month-to-Month license agreements (not 1yr or 2yr contracts required elsewhere)
- All utilities included (Gas, Water, Electric)
- Complementary WiFi
- Complementary Washers and Dryers
- Ability to sell the salon products of your choice and keep 100% of the revenue
Full time rent is $900 per month depending on size of the room. Part time is unavailable.
