Need Maintenance Technician with Growing Bakery Manufacture

Perform daily and weekly inspection of facility to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining equipment and systems for which responsible in maximum operating efficiency
Trouble shooting equipment, making repairs/adjustments as necessary for operations
Hire and train both maintenance and sanitation employees to carry out specialized duties
Delegate maintenance issues to appropriate personnel for effective resolution
Inspect equipment to identify operational inefficiency and facilitate optimization
Perform periodic maintenance and routine calibration of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
Implement preventative maintenance measures
Manage the process of disposal of worn-out/damaged machinery as well as the installation of new equipment
Proffer technical advice and recommendations to a both team to ensure an efficient workforce
Conduct risk assessments to identify possible hazard around building facilities and premises
Design and implement programs for effective maintenance operations
Ensure adherence to health/safety procedures and company policies
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets in order to meet set objectives
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure availability of required resources
Conduct negotiations with third party contractors to determine the rate and terms of service
Supervise the activities of a sanitation personnel to ensure they maintain a clean and orderly facility
Maintain accurate record of maintenance operations and present to upper management reports of daily activities.
Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues
Develop maintenance and sanitation schedules and enforce them among staffs
Respond to emergency calls from maintenance and sanitation staffs
Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Requirements
Knowledge of industrial refrigeration/Ammonia systems will be a plus.
EPA certification will be a plus.
Have at least 5 years related work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration
Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
