I'm looking for a technical support that will come into my office to help and troubleshoot our computers. I have 16 computers that are being used by my virtual team and I'm the only one assisting them if there would be errors.
Responsibilities:
-Provide on-site technical support to team members from our home office in San Carlos
-Reviews diagnostics and assesses the functionality and efficiency of computer systems
-Implements security measure to all computers
-Monitors security certificates and compliance with requirements
-Offers technical support to team members and troubleshoot computer problems
-Install and updates software and hardware as needed
-Works starts from 8AM-5PM Monday-Saturday
Qualifications:
-Has a strong communication skills to assess and address issues with information technology systems
-Has the ability to operate from basic to complex computer functions and issues
-Has a strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and adhere certain needs when necessary
-Is active and have a strong commitment to reach out whenever needed
-Proven experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
-Needs to have certain knowledge with remote desktop tools and support platforms.
