Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tree Service Foreman to lead our dedicated team of professionals in providing top-notch tree care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in arboriculture, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of tree care professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Project Management: Plan and execute tree service projects, including pruning, removal, and maintenance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members comply with OSHA and other safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure that all services meet company standards and client expectations.
Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
Client Interaction: : Oversee the maintenance and proper use of tools and equipment used in tree care operations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tree care or arboriculture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Certifications: ISA Certified Arborist, Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ), or other relevant certifications preferred.
Safety Training: Completion of safety training programs related to tree care operations, including chainsaw safety and first aid/CPR certification.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in arboriculture, forestry, or a related field is a plus.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to handle physically demanding work and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
