Handyman Maintenance Tech: Maintenance Sacramento
Experience in unit turnover, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, work orders, grounds keeping, and know how to prioritize the work. Must have experience working in multifamily apartment communities, preferably five years experience. Excellent customer service and positive team attitude are a required.

Qualifications:
This position will work regular hours (8-4:30). Must have reliable transportation, Drivers License important.
Experience is a required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Work outdoors in all-weather types
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license and cell phone.
