Apartment Maintenance Technician Needed
We are in need of an experienced Maintenance Technician. This is a full time position. This position reports to the Resident Property Manager.
This person must have knowledge and experience in:
Electrical - Wiring, ballasts & bulbs, circuit breakers, appliances
Plumbing, Toilet, faucets, minor pipe repair
Painting, Preparation (Have own sprayer a plus), sheet rock repair when needed
Roofs, Cleaning gutters & drains, some patching
Screen Doors & Windows, Repair work & replacement
Detailing Turnovers
Carpentry - repair cabinets and doors, ect.
Knowledge of the workings of all doors and hardware, closet, bedroom, front doors, sliding glass doors, ect.
HVAC & Appliances Experience a plus
Qualifications:
Related Apartment Maintenance experience or construction
Valid California Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Must pass drug test
Clear Criminal History
Pay rate negotiable and based on experience.
